Dude what are you talking about? Did you listen to the interview at all? It’s about to be big shyt over this interview. Don’t worry I’ll point it out for you. 1. SoCal Mexicans hate black people, but they want to make money off of a music that my people, black people created. That’s called hypocrisy. 2. Mexicans didn’t start HipHop. So that’s not “his” culture of music. Nor did Mexicans start graffiti. Also started by black people. 3. If you didn’t know prisoners run the streets and in prison we can’t talk too, eat with or be cool with Mexicans bc they united with Nazis and in jail/prison Mexicans practice Jim Crow. Mexicans pulled away from and separated themselves from blacks, but yet he wants to rap. If you hate black people then why rap or talk like us. If I hated a race of people (for nothing) I wouldn’t want anything to do with that race of people. That’s being a hypocrite bro! In LA Mexicans fire bombed an old black ladies house just bc she lived in the neighborhood. When a taco vendor got robbed, instead of looking for the people that did it they just started shootings innocent black people. You see a thief don’t care who they rob, but since a black man did it they wanted to kill all black people. We don’t want yo unite with people that act like that. It’s weird bc they hate black people, but love the things we create and now this mf is saying that HipHop is Mexican culture… that’s bs! Either be down with black people 100% or get the f’k away from us… period! We are tired of the fake live and the fake alliance. Some Mexicans only want that alliance when they are trying to make money off of our culture. He is what you call a culture vulture. He said, Mexicans sre the biggest consumers of HipHop do they should have a say or make money off of it. Well black people are the biggest consumers of Mexican food like the burrito trucks. Mexicans don’t really eat off of those trucks, but black people do. So should we be able to make money off of someone’s food truck or have a say in how they should sell a product that Mexican people created? Hell naw we shouldn’t. Also if I bought a food truck and sold Mexican food, I can’t say this is my culture bc I learned how to cook this food from a Mexican person. What I can do is sell my Mexican food and pay homage to the Mexican people for creating a product so delicious, but if I I try to say me, a black person created this food, I should get checked by people who know the history of this food. And I should be called a liar and a culture vulture. Straight up!!!!

44:35 Alf !!! 💯 CLASSIC… I literally purchased the box set of all seasons two years ago and was not disappointed. (Cause sometimes when you go back to watch stuff you LOVED as a child it doesn’t even hit remotely the same as an adult) I still viewed it with nostalgia in my eyes/ears/heart so it was measured in a different way I would a new show… But it did it’s magic. Straight up!!!

34:29 Adam is def right about this. As someone who is older myself and has seen changes in generations, each generation wants to carve out its own identity. When I was growing up it was baggy jeans and lyrical rap, and then it switched to skinny jeans and “mumble” rap. It’s just how life flows. The youth is there to shake and break the mold, to move culture into the next phase, and then as things move further and further along you start to see a lot of old styles be reborn because that’s not what the following generation is used to, it’s never the same exact style but the older influences start to pop up here and there. That’s probably why people from one generation to the next have a period of “old man/woman” syndrome because whatever you grew up believing/understanding/valuing gets flipped to the opposite because the next generation moves on to the opposite extreme. The quicker you accept and embrace change/innovation the easier the transition. Art/culture is a constant flow 🌊 of change throughput generations…. At least that’s my interpretation…. Just like the most offensive jokes were the funniest and now woke is the norm. But at the same time society has moved towards more acceptance so at least there’s that… but also it might have gotten out of control. But the portion that pushes loving people for who they are is improvement, we just gotta find the line of common sense too.
