I have very few friends and none speak spanish. I am learning to speak spanish by myself using online tools. I appreciate channels like yours. Seeing the words while hearing them, allows me to follow along and not imagine words or spell words wrong in my mind as i hear them. I find it equally beneficial seeing letters and their combinations for future comprehension. Thank you. ¡Gracias!

I found this channel much useful to me. Thank you!
Discúlpeme, no tengo mucho tiempo en este momento, entonces voy a comentar en inglés. in the video you say not to mix “desde...hasta” and “de...a” - but you do it, twice! 2:10 25:09 - we really appreciate your efforts because this is perfect for where we are at, kind of stuck understanding all the textbooks and none of the movies!
@UseyourSpanish
3 жыл бұрын
Hi Katherine! You are right, someone else in the comments also noticed it. The truth is that us native Spanish speakers don’t follow all the rules always... the correct way (grammatically speaking) is DE - A and DESDE - HASTA. But many times we mix them up. (sorry about that) Saludos
25:19 Recorrido que signifca "commute" en inglés. A regular trip. Enjoying the video so far!
Thanks, this was very useful! I like your style
¡Perfecto! Your grammar explanations are A M A Z I N G, better than any class I have ever attended. ¡Muchas Gracias!

The different speeds is a good idea 💯
I've been watching your videos for a few weeks. They are awesome. I took Spanish in high school and in college but I'm learning so much. I think you can say "commute" for "recorrido" and "including" for "incluso". I live in the US and speak both English and French fluently. I think Spanish is going to be next. Great Job!
This was very useful for me. Thank you very much. Excellent work!

I’m a Spanish native speaker and I teach Spanish for English speakers. Although what you are explaining is 100% correct I would never put Subjunctive for beginners . And less that topic you are explaining
@maximzhuravlyov9530
Жыл бұрын
I disagree. Not everyone who learns Spanish through English videos is a native speaker of English. My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian, so the concept of the subjunctive is quite clear for me. Besides, without subjunctive the sentence may be misunderstood even in English, for example, I insist that you are here vs I insist that you [should] be here.
Such a great voice.

Excellente - I have been focusing on learning Spanish cognitively and speak. However, what really is necessary is to learn how to listen and understand what is being said. This is excellent. I appreciate your explanations, different speeds and teaching approach. I am sure you will help me advance my Spanish language skills! Gracias.

OMG. I have to share. Sorry. I have been constantly learning spanish from free Duolingo as I can't afford the fee. I watched various videos, which didn't find very helpful as I am already advanced in my Spanish learning now, even though its just been 3 months of learning. I was shocked to be able to understand things you said when you quoted the pros and cons of being famous and everything after that. I was able to understand things not translated. Wow. Thank you. Now the only help I need is now is, to make sure verbally it gets as good. Please do advise. I have subscribed to your channel as your teaching makes a lot of sense to me. Thank you again. Mucho gracias señor. Tu eres una maestro bueno.
