This is the world-famous guitar piece known as (Spanish) “Romance” or “Romanza” by unknown author, a major example of Spanish parlour music of the 19th century. The piece is also known as "Estudio en Mi de Rubira" (Study in E by Rubira), since it was first published by Spanish guitarist Antonio Rubira, by somebody believed to be the composer. It looks easy but it has a couple of quite challenging positions. This is how I played it today.
