Nobody is moving because they are completely in the moment. I saw this live in 94, and I remember looking around and 80,000 people were just in a trance. No phones, no chattering, just respect and awe

The PULSE concert was one of the most iconic rock concerts of all time...amazing. Great reaction!

It is great to see such a positive reaction to this classic Pink Floyd performance. Thank you for sharing it with us. I have been enjoying their music for about 50 years now, and they still enthral me. I would strongly suggest that you listen to "Comfortably numb" from the same concert, but there are MANY more great songs to experience too. Thank you again, and I hope you will continue to discover and enjoy more of this amazing band's repertoire.

Any part from this concert (Pulse) will amaze you, I'm a longtime fan (since 1973) but never had a chance to see them live because of my work, so much regrets!!!! I hope you'll continue reacting to Pink Floyd's music and have fun. ..

The Wall is a concept (double) album with a cumulative story that is semi-autobiographical for Roger Waters. It was also made into a movie. An important aspect relating to this song is that, post WW2 in England, boarding school was fairly common and they developed a bad reputation of squashing free thought with corporal punishment and ridicule. This then represents just another, "brick in the wall," that the protagonist is building around himself to protect him from life. It is vital to know context for this production from Pink Floyd, but the music is so good, all the songs are still great on their own, too!

Greetings from Canada. Well done you. Good to see you enjoy what we did years ago. Some advice from an old dude: MORE of how it makes you feel, and maybe less of "cool"... we're (mostly) all old and are well up on cool for the era. Peace, love and bellbottoms.

I'm 48 and I've always listened to and watched PF my whole life, but when they released PULSE I was fascinated. The entire Concert is perfect. "Comfortably Numb" is fantastic. Best live guitar solo I've ever seen. I play guitar and I can say Gilmore is simply amazing!

79... First saw em in 73. I was 13. Last The Wall 79. They , the crowd, always stands still ,in awe, until after the songs. Kind of explains the long intros partially. Once the crowd calms down, the song kicks off. I've seen most of the greats live and there's nothing like Pink Floyd.

A peaceful crowd focused on the concert, proof that times have changed over the years. I saw Pink Floyd at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal in 1977, in 1980 and twice in 1994. The crowds at the 1994 concerts were very different from the one at Pink Floyd's first concert at the Montreal Olympic Stadium in 1977. During the 1977 concert, bassist Roger Waters even spat in the face of a spectator because he (Roger) was so exasperated by the noise of the crowd estimated at 80,000 people.

The Wall das beste Album von Pink Floyd und das habe ich damals hoch und runter gehört ich musste das Vinyl Album ein zweites mal kaufen weil das erste verschlissen war die CD kam Später. The Wall is the best album by Pink Floyd and I listened to it up and down back then, I had to buy the vinyl album a second time because the first one was worn out, the CD came later.

It's a shame that people under a certain age cannot simply listen to music, they NEED to watch a screen. Music is for the ears, not the eyes. Listen to original studio versions of songs.

Then why are live concerts so engaging?!? Some of the best times I have had were at concerts, feeling the energy from the stage, the crowd...and that was without drugs or alcohol on my part. Live performances can be one of the best experiences. Sure, sometimes they can suck, too. But in my experience, actually seeing the musicians perform in front of me is way better than just listening to the tracks at home, even if the music isn't as 'perfect' as it is on the tape, vinyl, or disc. Heart live in the !ate 70s/early 80s, Fleetwood Mac, Jethro Tull, Bonnie Raitt, and others...
