HOMEMADE SPAM
INGREDIENTS:
2 KG Ground Pork
2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 c Ice Cold Water
1 tbsp. Rock Salt
¾ c Cornstarch
2tsp. Pink Salt (curing salt)
4 tbsp. White Sugar
1 tsp. White Pepper
note: To achieve my Homemade Spam use proper equipment and utensil....(food processor/measuring cup/measuring spoon/)
Pinksalt content: you can less it according on what you prefer..
Disclaimer: I make this video just to replicate the famous can good...i make it less the other ingredients but the outcome is way back different to the original taste of spam...

D ko pa po natetest s chicken pero kung itra try ko po yung part n may fat baka kasi po mgdry pg yung purong breast part lng maybe hahaluan ko din po ng thigh part..
