As you got down to the beach, look right and you'll see the "Melia Costa del Sol" Hotel. Second lift up to town goes from behind it and leaves you near the Church you went into. Only problem is both lifts close early (c.10:30pm). The area you were thinking about near Benalmadena is "La Carihuela". Love the channel! Keep up the good work!

The last time I visited torremilinos was back in 2010 enjoyed every moment must return one day soon x😂

You missed the lift 😂it is on the street where you said about the thai massage. When you reach the ship inn there is steps to the left and that's where you get the lift back up 😊

The shop you glanced the camera at on 10:28 had a pet merekat when we were there about 5 years ago. I like that walk, you could have a good haggle in the bigger shops near the bottom.

Turn left at that bar you mentioned on the corner that was shut and it's on your right hand side

If you go left at bottom of the winding steps ::there are some good bars:::tiki bar:all blacks bar and the velero beach bar which is lit up like vegas at night

Lovely memories. If you go in La Bodega they have photos of Torremolinos in 1958 when calle san miguel was the only street down to the beach and the hotel Pez Espada was the only one on the front.

I have stayed in a hostel in Malaga last year, they are not too bad. I paid like about £20 a night for a cheap place in Benaladema last year in March, the prices are like £40 a night for the cheapest place there in Sept this year, it's doubled in price in just over a year, crazy.

love watching your videos, one for information, but really to cheer me up during the winter months, when I cant go on holiday, I know you can go to Tenerife etc in the winter and I have but always had rubbish weather

Carihuela if you fancy Dutch people and Dutch kroketten 😂 But in la Carihuela at the fountain there is a great fish restaurant with the best Paella! Locals eat there as well, so you know it’s good 👍 And rent a sunlounger at cafe het trefpunt. You can order drinks and food on the beach . Try broodje bal ( meatball on a bun) for lunch.

Good video, i always feel that the CDS is a bit run down in places esp. Torrie and Fuengirola but I visited in May and it looked nice fuengirola has cleaned up the graffiti and new shops opened and Malaga was great, it's my fav port city in Europe after Lisbon and above Rotterdam, Bilbao and Genoa, Split, Marseilles and Palermo are not far behind

On holiday there’s always a man standing outside a woman’s clothes shop waiting on his better half. Do you know if Torremolinos has the same issues with those blue and yellow atms as Benidorm does. I remember Lucy did a vlog where she said that the owners of those atms in Benidorm had been ordered to remove them due to them ripping folk off. We were in Benidorm in the summer and they were still everywhere.
