    I love anchovies. It’s such a flavourful ingredient. Who has a problem with anchovies?

    Sorry again Justin! “Pasta is a ritual for Italians. You can mess with anything but not the pasta. There are some rules that come with cooking pasta, rules that you never change.” You are absolutely never allowed to add cheese to a seafood pasta recipe.

    Well fortunately we are Australians, we are not restricted by another countries food rituals, we are a migrant country and one that is ever taking on the best of cuisine from around the world and making it our own. Spaghettie works perfectly with this sauce, I would say it would work even better with large shells, but its personal preference.

    I know it’s a rule but I’m from Australia too and I can’t resist Parmesan on any pasta, seafood included.
