Thank you for being the first reviewer to mention the ceiling height in the kitchen. I am really interested in this model, but nobody would ever mention the ceiling height. At 6'3", that would be a deal breaker if my head was always hitting the ceiling.

I've seen people tow a BOAT behind their full size 5th wheel!!! Looked like a choo-choo train coming into the park! 😂😂😂

You have beautiful kitchen area, a wide living room, spacious and clean bathroom, shower area and very nice master bedroom. Amazing.! Nice RV LIVING short tour .

Very nice. I could definitely see myself living in one of these all the time.

I like thw layout but at that price point it should include dishwasher, washer dryer, wifi, finished under the couches and sift closet cabinetry. Or they should give a credit to those who do not want those items and exclude it. The keystone has one and a half baths soft closes and finished under the couches.

And the Keystone Alpine is way less expensive! I understand, Grand Design has always been one of the highest priced RVs.

@@jkpinpdx I believe I paid around $115,000.00 after warranties and taxes. I also added a surge protector, purchased a 5th wheel for my truck, awnings for the slide outs, washer /dryer and a camera system. All of the additions added approximately another $15,000.00, but I paid for that out-of-pocket. It's a lot of money, but I feel like I am in my home, rather than a RV, so it was worth it to me!

Wonderful Island with No Sink! Nice that the Control Panels have its own cabinet. I liked it overall. Thanks.

Wowzers! TRUELY one of a kind! Never seen a pull out bench under the bed, such nice countertops, shower, tall ceilings, modern fireplace, big kitchen, big island, and good flooring.

I think it would be really cool to see the large cargo tray in a shorter, more budget- and towing-friendly trailer. Maybe a Cougar HT version. For full timers that don't want or need the massive living area.

Looks a lot better when the cabinets above the couch is eliminated in favor of the larger windows.

Wow- that is really nice. I can deal with those double sinks cause they are def easier to clean. The only thing missing out of this for me would be a garage & patio space. My hubby and I need dedicated office space which is where the garage space would come in. Plus I love to be able to step out into a patio and just hang-rather than on ground dirt.

Thanks for showing us the faults in this Rv. I absolutely love the floorplan! I don’t like where you showed that they don’t seal off something underneath the tip outs for the floor and I don’t like not soft closing drawers and cabinets. You do a great presentation!

I really like this fifth wheel, turn offs slow closing cabinet drawers & Doors, as well the slide out box sub floor not wrapped. I think I’m going to stay looking for Montana, type fifth wheels for that reason.

Needs more counter on both sides of stove, wonderful presentation, if I had money to spare, would definitely look into purchasing , very beautiful rv

Since my husband and I use CPAP these "bedside tables" won't even fit my glasses, let alone our machines. Overall, LOVED the floor plan.

Isn't it better to not mention that you'll be living full time in it lol? Just making sure that's clarified or curious if it's even an issue for your company? Great video!

Beautiful unit but the price should include the dishwasher the washer and dryer and and a generator. They're. I am legally blind I don't wash dishes well and I need a dishwasher so then I know the dishes are clean beautiful beautiful trailer though storage space unsurpassable

The majority of "options" you are required to get with this model, so they aren't really options. Mfg should just build the required options into the base price and allow for true options.

These 5th wheels like this are so nice but I just can't see spending $205000 on something that does not hold its value

There’s a generator shortage across the country right now. Only RVs coming in with generators from the factory are high end Toy Haulers and Motorhomes unfortunately.

I own this exact fifth wheel. Yes the AC in the living room is ducted into the main duck system. However it has The Styrofoam Air control system inside of the AC that forces the air into the ductwork, therefore the dump vents you see do not work. It really helps with the airflow in the trailer. You can’t reach the dump vents anyways so glad to see they did this. This is something that you normally have to do aftermarket and the air system is very expensive. Glad to see Grand Design took the extra step in doing this for their customer from the factory.

Ya know ,i love Grand Design. But,are they EVER going to lighten the wood and brown wwalls ugh. Everyone is over brown. shame to say but it would detour me

nope....kitchen is dumb. No place to set big pots as you chef nor place on either side to stack dirty dishes....a stove should look out a window or out at the guests...and who needs three couches...why OOO WHY do you all not start placing a mobile office space?...
