Wow! That was the place that built a pool on the beach, blocking public access. Saw that on another channel, proverbial "SH*T" fixing to hit the fan. Authorities have started an investigation, expect pool will be required to be removed and beach restored. Bring $$$$$$$$ in special assessment fees! I'd bail as fast as possible on that place!

I don’t know why they built that 2nd pool. The main pool is big and beautiful. It was the owner at the front beach side buildings that built it as and made it a communal pool. I just hope he had planning permission. But it has nothing to do with the condo owners. So is not a issue for them thank god. Because if it was I would have taken it off our channel 👍❤️👍

80000/year maintenance that almost 200usd /month - I’m not familiar with the Thai market but that seems very high for property of that value. Compared to USA or UK

You do such a good job showing everything Cooper and Darlen does a good job putting everything together. I can't think of anything missing that I would want to know or see. I can see why the owners want you to show their places.

Lovely condos for those who like spacious living and have the budget for it. Great to see, but I’ll be happy with a nice one bed condo on a low floor, or in a low rise complex. Great that your covering all budgets and preferences Cooper .

Hey, Cooper! Do any of your agents deal with one month vacay rentals? I'm coming for a month next year and want to rent a true one bedroom. I think that pool on the beachfront might not have the proper approval As I believe you cannot build on the beach You can see in your video you can't walk on dry sand you have to walk in the water Please be careful they might have to remember it

I think that all area needs better designers/ architects. Living room in first unit has weird spacing and narrow view while the bedroom is nice! I would definitely reverse that situation! Pretty much everything I have seen in videos suffers from this chaotic type architecture, like made by someone that never experienced living in a spacious condo and has no spacial orientation whatsoever. Otherwise it has potential but not without major renovations to make it palatable to a more upscale crowd. My biggest fear there is that this will attract bargain hunters and become a totally stagnant market full of cheap people.

How do you find out how much it would be every year for maintenance on a condo? It’s based on the 2m but how do you find out what you’re multiplying by? Sorry if it’s been asked before 🫣

Every complex charges different amounts per sm. We just ask for the rate then multiply that by the sm in each condo that we show to get the annual fee Leebee 👍
