Emmanuel Emperado @Few years ako nasunog bahay ng neigboor ko. So sad kasi na trap sila sa bahay Maganda bahay nya kaya lang maraming bakal sa bahay, walang eacape route. Kaya lumipat ako at open concept bahay ko Both side walang steal bar.

Grills lahat ng windows and door. Pag nag ka sunog or pag may emergency na mangyari. Walang escape yung mga tao sa loob ng bahay. Just saying lang

Hi could you make a video Kung ano magkikita paglabas ng subdivision. Malapit ba sya sa airport, supermarket, school, church and etc. how far sya sa city proper at airport. Hindi ba nagbabaha ang neighboring area.. Planning to retire sa PHILIPPINES and Davao is one of the safest location sa Philippines. I hope you do a blog about it.

Hi ms Nette, current price po nito is Php 7.4M more or less, Location: Buhangin Davao City po, wala po kaming subdivision any part ng Luzon and Visayas even Mindanao... Our local developer focus only here in Davao City po.

Nice house from the outside. Im kinda interested, im worried about the neighborhood. Why all windows need a security bars? Is this house located in a bad area? That feels like a jailhouse.

Hi, the place is safe, this is a guarded subdivision, the package of the house includes window grills or bars but if you wish not to see any bars or grills in your soon house here then we can request to the office not to put it, as easy as that... putting window grills or bars is an optional for owner.

Mas maganda pa pala ang mga bahay sa visayas kesa dito sa Manila. Panget na nga design ang mahal pa. Grabe ang ganda ng bahay na to
