i saw a video on the new s class and the high beams seemed almost like a curtain rapidly opening and closing. is that how they are on the eqs? it was a bit hard to tell. anyway i really like the night reviews and i like the wider angle, thanks!

Very good video Nolan! The lighting is unbelievable!! Too bad you have to spend a fortune to get it!! The screens seemed very bright even turned down. Was that a major distraction?

Amber rear LED turn signals very nice. Too bad Mercedes doesn't want you opening the hood of your own car

There is no hood neccessary to be opened, theres nothing in it just electronics that you have nothing to do with.

@@-Tidgy Actually not true at all. KZread user TFLEV "broke" into the hood of his EQS himself and did in fact find leaves collecting under there.

This is why I dont buy a EQS. If I was able to "open" my Hood în order to clean the leaves from inside of there I would of bought one!

a lightshow like in a strip club 👎🏼. Silly gimmics such as sound modes, „space ship sound“ when closin& the door and illuminated seat rims (wtf needs illuminated seat rims). I just been driving a regular EQS provided by my local Mercedes dealer for a week. I would say, with the AMG version you push the pedal down once and the battery is half empty. I am driving a 2013 CLS AMG63, which I just had completely overhauled out of love. And living in Central Europe, so I drive the cars „really“. With the new design language of Mercedes, exterior and interior will probaly look for another brand in the future. The exterior of this car looks indeed better in the dark, so you don‘t see the design so well. It is of course optimized in terms of aerodynamics.

Ambient light? Senseless toy for ppl who don't know what to do with their life! 🤦‍♂️ Do the doors have a cateye in for warning oncoming traffic in all 4 doors? Red light in all 4 doors when opening? Exit light for illuminating the ground (not just the star)? All of that was standard 40 years ago!

Mercedes should upgrade the interior of EQS SEDAN and SUV, the interior is too compact,it doesn’t represent S CLASS with the expensive price,the seats are not S CLASS standards,the leg room is like E CLASS,the worst of all,how can 180,000€ car come without massage seats,head up display included.The hyper screen,the front passenger’s can’t watch movies cos no option foe Netflix,Amazon app etc.BACK SEAT SCREENS FOR 180000€ CAR IS OPTION,to be honest Mercedes need to rethink,if not,BMW I7 is far far better;Finally as S CLASS THE MERCEDES STAR IN THE BONNET IS ERASED,the bonnet looks ugly without the star and the front grill is too small,Mercedes should rethink,if not BMW IS WINNING THE RACE,JUST MY OPINIONS
