I really don't understand how people can look at an empty apartment and not have an idea about how to use the space.

Larger mirror would have been much better, to open up the hallway. You can use large statement art to make a place appear larger and more stylish

I really think a 25yo who’s just starting out in the working world needs to have expendable cash to actually enjoy life instead of having to cough up 300K just for descent safe housing. How much are 25yo kids making on average in this area?

That looks so drab and boring. The last thing I would've done in that apartment full of white and gray would've been to put anything else white or gray in there

The problem is this space is so poorly and tightly laid out for traditional living. I don’t value what would be a seldom used separate dining room so I might have placed two small sofas or a sectional in the dining area with a bed exactly where the current bed is located. The space is tiny and the developers are probably asking an arm and a leg simply because the finishes are nice and new.

A couple of nice products..but poorly decorated..

The builder choose a cold color palate made the unit more unattractive.

Sofa is too small to stretch out on...always have to open bed to be able to lie down?? Chairs are not cozy to use to watch a movie.. table is too big in kitchen...if you have a cocktail that turns into a bigger table, when needed...

Solution: buy a bigger house. you're welcome
