That's an amazing project! I also love much potential for customization it has, I think I'm going to add a thruster dash, shoulder mounted rocket pads and a clang cannon, because why not.

I used to be a mechadventurer like you...

so many in their childhood might recall the old rockem sockem robots..and here they are SE style..even just for fun it also a great learning experience for others who ever considered even attempting a mech build.

I believe the design is actually based on Cherno Alpha from the first Pacific Rim movie but I can still see the similarity.

As allways Im in total awe at what people can create in this game... And then here I am slamming my ships into asteroids the size of a building because I forget about gyros and inertia

The literally move like they do in the movie. You can SEE the weight of them. This is amazing.

Pacific rim and space engineers are both amazing

That first rocket punch was killer

Next, rig up some melee weapons and see if it widens the gap. "Victory" seems like a relative term right now, but I really haven't seen anything this close to mech combat in SE; keep doing what you're doing 👍

This is so cool. Keep these videos up, they are amazing! I was wondering if you could put a warhead or what ever it is called on the mech's fist so when it punches there just a massive explosion. (I swear I'm not a 9 year-old)

Make some other weapon like a rocket barrage on the shoulder or a minigun on the hand or a sword

pretty nice that they walk and punch, although if I where to use one of mine it would wreck face since it uses a bunch of modded weapons while being small, fast and able to fly(which is its main way to fight BTW, so not technically a mech but oh well)

If the mechs could be at least twice as stable or be able to stand back up, as well as having stronger fists, these fights would be amazing

Little more armour and better gyroscopic stabilisation, and you'd have a proper brawling mech as the arm extension system is far too vulnerable.
