Awe, Colt will so appreciate this after he's clean and cool and feels better 🐴. I once purchased 3 mini studs who were not taken care of and the owner was going to send them to a "kill buyer" 😢 So I bought them but they were not shedding off, and we lived in NV where it was 110 degrees 🥵 So I payed someone to come over and shave them. OMGOSH poor little guys were covered in bugs 😮. It was awful. After they were shaved down, I gave all 3 of them a bath. They looked like totally different mini's. The palomino stayed gold and his mane and tail touched the ground, obviously his name was Fabio 😊. The 2nd one was a little brown and white paint stud named Sonny, but after he was body shaved, his color totally changed, he was now grey and white 😮 go figure. And my 3rd who was the smallest, his name was "Little Bits and Pieces" and he lightened up a bit, but no drastic change. Even though they were all under 3 years old and stallions, they were very sweet little guys. I would have bet that they had never been bathed either, and definitely never body shaved. But all the bugs 😩 I felt terrible for them 😢. Anyway Colt looks much better and I know he feels better too. Nice job ladies 👍. Your such amazing horse owners. Love the whole beautiful family. So typical for animals. They have water and food everywhere but if someone has a hose to bath or shower them, they want the water from the hose 🤣 When I was voluntarily caring for an older mare she had a tub full of water all day but everytime we both went to the shower place she always wanted the water from that hose 😂 Have a wonderful day everyone, stay healthy and happy
