Fully automatic SP3 for IBC and drums on a pallet filling. Fully automatic SP3 detects containers bungholes through the camera and machine automatically places the filling nozzle into the correct position to start the filling cycle.
This machine is designed to fill product into 180ºC.
Line has a 90º chain to roller forwarding. The chain conveyor rises at one end and tilts at the other, leaving the load on the rollers (chains in a lower position) or on the chains (chains in a higher position).
Automatic CIP is installed in this line. SP3 automatically places the filling nozzle into the CIP to start the cleaning cycle.
