    No need to add yeast or soda powder. If you add methi your dosa will become fermented well and if you add sagu to dosa or idli it will become so soft and spongy. And if you add yeast it will fermentate soon. Within the 2 hrs

    yes you can but dosa will not come that soft....otherwise you can add bit adugesoda

    Dosa Rice Sabudana fenugreek seeds (soak 4-5 Hours) after grind like very nice paste add yeast and sugar ferment for 8 hours add Salt And make dosas 😋
