I tried this recipe at home... My brother questioned me "are these chicken momos? " He was shocked when I told him it was soyabean momos and loved the momos. The sauce however, I used peanuts without roasting them and so the sauce did not taste that good but together with the momos, it was good.

Thank you. I am vegetarian and have been making soya chunk momo for years but the thought of adding ginger, coriander and spring onion never came to mind! I usually add just onions and garam masala and oil. Now I want to try your recipe.

I have tried many disappointing veg momos and when my roommate told me that she’s making soya momos, I was skeptical and I didn’t want to participate in the momo making process. She made your version of Soya momos and I confess these momos were THE BEST veg momos I’ve ever tried in my entire 25 years of life. The first bite was the best one- kati juicy po thyo. Also, we didnt steam our momos cuz steamer chaina so we pan fried them. Tei pani eti swadilo thyo.I am now thinking of buying a momo steamer just for these soya momos. I seriously can’t thank you enough for this wonderful and tasty momo recipe.sarai sarai dhanyevaad.

I tried it out today.. Super yummy momos.. I usually don’t leave comment but this is an amazing recipe so I thought I should.. very easy too.. I have dry packed soya mince at home all the time.. spring onion is the only ingredient I don’t have all the time.. I decided to keep some chopped ones in the freezer so that I can help myself whenever I get momo cravings.. ☺️ Thanks so much..
