This is highly dependent on which era of the Third Reich you mean. Wehrmacht during its prime was without a question the strongest army of the world. The problem, as of operation Barbarossa, was that Wehrmacht was much weaker than their peek and Germany's allies were mostly useless since the beginning of the war, which ultimately led to Hitler's defeat.

3rd Reich 1 vs 1 , without any ally help (Italy, Romania, USA, Britain) against USSR, seems stronger. Just look loses of USSR in the first 3 months. It’s catastrophic. 3rd Reich hold on the west 70% of their aircraft during invasion in USSR, to protect against Britain aircraft. And also african front. If 3rd Reich contributed all power against Soviets, they might win.

They didn't. Hitler started with the West. Look at the Munich agreement. Don't forget about Czech. The West gave it to Hitler. Stalin asked the west to sign an agreement against Hitler, but they declined. Then Stalin had no choice as the USSR wasn't ready for an invasion in 1939, so it needed to buy time.
