most underrated band on the planet...their records are so incredibly good. Frist they were denied entry here in Seattle then my trip to Italy was cancelled due to covid...someday Soviet Soviet... some day.

My favorite band. So underrated and such a unique sound. With deep beautiful lyrics. These guys got me through a very rough year and I thank them for creating music that would keep my soul alive and going after loss. ❤

@@okloomer6290 Suena terrible. La voz hizo lo que se le dio la gana fallando un montón de notas y la guitarra ni hablar. Los dos covers de batería de Ecstasy en KZread tienen mejor control. Toqué batería en proyectos de punk durante años, sé lo que es tocar dieciseisavos a esa velocidad y conozco perfectamente ese sonido de patada de ahogado que estaba haciendo el baterista en Ecstasy, de cuando tus brazos ya no pueden más y la fuerza apenas te galopar los golpes y no descarrilarte por completo del tempo.

I love Soviet Soviet, but they need to improve the live's performances. The sound is bad, the voice is out of tune and the guitar don't have enough power. Hope they can change it. :/

GENERATION SAVIOUR, i know what you mean... but i’ve already seen soviet soviet live too and it was bad. I understand your opionion about “ the sound has to be raw and diferent live” because i’m a musician too and agree with that, but this is just poor /:

@@Duarteozbourn For this particular session it looks like these are the people responsible for the sound; Audio Engineer & Mixer: Kevin Suggs, Audio Engineers: Gareth Finnegan & Emanuele Giovagnoli, not Soviet Soviet. I work in livestreaming and there have been times where we livestreamed a band and had to solely rely on the house audio which isn't always tuned for recording, which I've learned is different than audio for a venue or live audience.

Yeah, that live is not standing near The Soft Moon live performances, but anyway, this band made such a good albums, songs ... Just try to get the bass strings and sing at the same moment - you will see ;)

Dopo aver ascoltato assiduamente gli album per 2 anni approdo a questo deludente live. Nessun controllo della voce, un’enormità di errori… magari pensassero meno a fare mossette da palco e di più all’esecuzione. Studio 1 - palco 0.

Guitar player really need to fill more space with effects. He sounds way too raw and empty imo. A better setted Reverb and some short Delay could be an option.
