The last Sunday of July in Russia - Navy Day.
Navy signal "Flag Raising" and March "Sailor's Glory" (or "Naval Glory") by Alexander Fyodorovich Tupitsyn (1914-1998), 1970s. The music of march is based on various Russian and Soviet songs about the Navy: "What you yearn, comrade seaman?" (music by Vasily Solovyov-Sedoi, 1942); "Cherished Stone" (music by Boris Mokrousov, 1943); "Farewell, rocky mountains!" (music by Evgeny Zharkovsky, 1943); "Splash cold waves" (second name - "Death of the cruiser Varyag", music by Fedor Bogorodsky, 1904); "We went to campaign" (music by Konstantin Listov, 1948). Exemplary Band of the USSR Navy, conductor: lieutenant colonel Boris Eleazarovich Levin, record of March 26, 1977.
Сигнал "Подъем (спуск) флага (гюйса)" и марш "Матросская слава" ("Морская слава") Александра Фёдоровича Тупицына. Марш представляет собой попурри на темы популярных военно-морских песен нашей страны искусно обработанных советским маршевым композитором Александром Фёдоровичем Тупицыным. В состав марша входят следующие песни: «О чём ты тоскуешь, товарищ моряк?» (муз. В.П.Соловьёва-Седого, 1942 г.); «Заветный камень» (муз. Б.А.Мокроусова, 1943 г.); «Прощайте, скалистые горы» (муз. Е.Э.Жарковского, 1943 г.); «Плещут холодные волны» («Гибель Варяга», муз. Ф.Богородницкого, 1904 г.) и «Ходили мы походами» (муз. К.Я.Листова, 1948 г.). you tube have removed three channels devoted to historical and military music recently , jean paul FAUR , the claude35 and derovolk . they have also attacked another music channel called Dr Ludwig . they even removed a post of two hours of British military music and marches from another uploader that had to be re posted. the channels that feature Soviet era , DDR, Russian (Imperial -communist ) military music are left alone . I don't care a F@uck about the politics , we are talking about songs and music and we are talking about historical documents here . I hope everyone is aware of you tubes blatant and reprehensible censorship of MUSIC!!! I hope it will be opposed by music and history lovers and those channels who's owners have spent thousands of hours of hard work uploading music for our enjoyment be supported by all of the community . I am a long time subscriber of this channel , I do no want one day to find is has followed in the wake of other great music channels. censorship is a cancer.

@@louislungbubble it's not censorship, it's money, usual money... I'm not shy about writing in support. It's funny when some Soviet (or even Tsarist!!!) recordings have "copyrights" in some Western company!

@@PetrovFed they're not getting taken down for copyright; they are taking it down because they don't want people having pride in european heritage; they have an agenda, which is to silence western culture and speech.

RuskiBeaner Please be careful about discussing about heritage, even in the comment section. We must make sure every comment on Petrov’s channel is devoid of bringing up such themes, otherwise some idiot can report the comments and video, and we could potentially lose this channel.

hey petrov - in the recent deletion of many notable historical music channels i.e. TheMiyaps, Dr. Ludwig, and Derovolk, i've become increasingly concerned that you're next. i know it sounds dumb, but i said the same thing about TheMiyaps, thinking they'd never delete him; but they did. in the case of you getting deleted, may i get your email? or a place where i can download all your marches, like a spreadsheet of sorts? thank you. i wish you the best of luck.
Не устаю повторять, что с развалом союза мы потеряли звучание военно-духового оркестра, а получили образчик американозированного шоу с цирком. Эта запись 1977 года подтверждение! Ну не звучат так сегодня в России оркестры, жаль. Испохабили, изнасиловали и уничтожили классическую школу основателей и хранителей ВОС - Римского-Корсакова, Чернецкого, Назарова, Михайлова и многих до 90х годов. В полках теперь маски шоу с клоунскими плясками и пением, нестройной игрой слыбых спецов, нештатность и непрестижность профессии и прочее. В парках не услышишь звучание вальса или мазурки, не увидишь красивую военную форму (камуфлях или роба отстой). Воспитонов не растят, а это кузница кадров ВОС, из которой вышли п-к В.И.Агапкин и многие. Мы потеряли главное - душу духового оркестра и это печально. Не учат в школах баритонистов или тенористов, альтистов и тубистов. Дефицит во всем. Уходят ветераны и не могут передать опыт молодым, которым ближе не искусство, а бабло. Чтож, потерявши плачем...
