MIKE BLAKE they are ideal in the summer months. Not really for this time of year though. I use it between may and September

I have a tf gear compact day shelter, you don’t get a front but awesome quick admin tent or do day and quick over nights in it and prob get 2 bedchairs in

Nigel Clarkson nice. Sounds like a good bit of kit. I’ll look it up. The fox easy shelter is good. Only down sides are not much room once a bed chair is in and not really ideal in winter from condensation etc.. I use it a lot in the summer months mainly for mid week overnights.

Well you done the hard part finding the fish unlucky not getting one. I would have done the same thing setting up way back and maybe the pod back to so not having the tips over the water. How long did it take to put the shelter away ?

shed43a doesn’t take long at all. Again a minute at the most as it just folds up. Good shout on the pod. I had it there though as I was trying to get over the weed in the margin.

Carl Harris it seems to be like it everywhere, I was down your way last week. I went the canal for an evening. End up getting 5 out. Nothing big though but lovely looking young carp

@@SouthWestCarpHunter yes, a pop up tent from a camping shop like Decathlon only costs £19.99, tackle companies take the p155 out of anglers with their over inflated prices.

@@Enpassantful I agree. There are some me crazy mark ups on stuff now. I didn’t buy mine new though. You are correct in what you say though . I guess it’s just about what’s right for the individual and what someone is willing to spend. I certainly would not pay 155 for a new one
