Indians are not eligible for K-ETA. We dont see India in the list so better you apply for South Korea visa: Check here: www.k-eta.go.kr/portal/guide/viewetaalification.do

Then no need for visa provided u go back to US while going from india with layover at south korea or vice versa. You are eligible for free 30 days transit visa in this case.

I believe Georgia e-Visa uses the same platform for Document Verification

same thing happed to me while applying for a visa. So if your passport address is different than your current address. Present aadhar cary copy of the current address.

usually tourist visas cannot be converted into work permits
