The danger of alligators is exaggerated. Can they snap your leg off with a single bite? Yes. Absolutely yes. But alligators usually hate being around people to begin with and are extremely lazy. The only real worry is property damage and maybe being swept away.

In Miami the weight of all those skyscrapers along with the rising sea levels will make the perfect storm. And once south Florida in completely under water the Tampa / Clear water area will become the new Miami

How often did that happen in the 1960s compared to today. If we look at HISTORY it is historic. This doesn’t happen everytime it rains. This is an abnormal event.
