When hyunjin was writing lyrics he was amazed by how strong the track was so he said it was difficult to write lyrics but he managed to do it and I recommend watching the intro for this album. Chan made a superb track and hyunjin lyrics with Chan. Well done ❤❤ Also the guide of this song had hyunjin and Chan's voices when han heard it he said in the intro that the guide was so good that he felt bad that it was covered with all 8 voices. Changbin did train as a singer/vocalist first and foremost :) then his vocal coach told him he has a natural flow and rhythm that he could explore rapping and when he did, he fell in love with it! And the rest is history~ changbin’s singing voice is one of my favorites ❤️‍🔥 you should check out the SKZ-Record Changbin put out with Felix called “Because”. First time i heard this song i was literally so unprepared for Seungmins note that i just sat there in shock before i legit started crying its so freaking good

When seungmin came jn i was just 🔥 like he sings so damn good and when its plus all of the members its heaven

Even if Changbin has a sharp rap style he has very sweet and soft singing voice. Because we expect him to be loud and strong it can be shocking when you listen him singing. Same for Felix, we're get used to his deep voice with rap or sometimes a little part of singing with his deep voice but he has a soft tone for his singing too. It depends on him to choose between them. When you listen Skz's vocal b-sides more often you can get used to their singing voices too.

I wish I could go back to the first time I heard this song, it gave me literal chills. I think it is one of my favourite songs of theirs, it’s just incredible

Actually, after looking at the credits, it looks like Hyunjin took the lead on lyrics and composing. Bang Chan had a secondary role in lyrics, and Bang Chan and Nickko Young had a secondary role in composing as well. But Bang Chan and Nickko Young did the final arrangement for the song together without Hyunjin. I'm not intending to discredit anyone here. Just want to give full accurate information to give full proper credit to everyone involved. I do agree though, I get very upset when people dismiss some of the professionals that work on the music, Stray kids and other producers. I like to give full credit where credit is due to everyone involved. I have been in many fights on here and Twitter with Stays calling Stray kids "fully self produced" or "99.97% fully self produced" too many times and it actually has made me feel like I can't comfortably interact within Stayville anymore because it's too annoying and toxic.

@@BeccaFaye1314 And nothing I said suggests otherwise because I actually care about not discrediting anyone unlike many other stays. Chan did write and compose the second verse as I said. And he did produce the track with Nickko Young (I use the term produce as making beats, Hyunjin didn't contribute to the instrumental/beat). Hyunjin is the main composer because he composed most of the topline, like every part except the second verse. I'm glad you agree about stays speaking carelessly though. ❤️

@tapioooca5182 *EDIT I am the one who is wrong here, realized after researching myself* you got that a little mixed up. Composing is the act of creating the beat and instrumental. Arrangement is just the final act of taking all the vocal clips and instrumentals created by the lyricists and composers and putting it all together and making sure it all sounds cohesive.

It also tells that they have amazing group dynamic where everyone can do what they enjoy and feel most strong about doing. Like both Han and Changbin can sing but they prefer to rap and they get to do that. I love this group so much.
