The MV was shot in Canada. Also, it's good that you caught that there were two different scenes in the alley, the realistic dirty back alley vs. the colorful clean one. The song is a commentary on the social media madness (mostly Instagram), that people tend to show a different persona on cam than what is true just to get those "Likes". TWICE does tackle serious issues with sweet bubbly songs.

Yea the MV basically says they just pretending they're okay in front of cam but actually struggling off cam just to be in fit and pretty just to caught the attentions of people

I highly recommend you to react to more of their dance practices, they're always in sync ! My personal faves choreos are : dance the night away, i can't stop me, more & more and feel special !
