Sousse city is very small and compact , as long as you are near the beach you'll find anything you're looking for as a tourist : bars, clubs, restaurants... If you're intrested in the night life of Sousse i would suggest visiting "the saloon" or "golf brau" , they represent one of the most exclusive night clubs in Tunisia and possibly Africa. And as a tourist you'll gain Access pretty easily.
