SOURIS, Chalam's daughter, a devotee of Ramana Maharshi, maintains an ashram at Bheemili,Visakhapatnam Gudipati Venkata Chalam aka Chalam (1894-1979), a Telugu writer and philosopher, was one of the most influential personalities in modern Telugu literature. Most of his writings were regarding women, especially the kind of difficulties women encounter-physical as well as psychological-in society, from their families and from those with whom they are close. Chalam discussed how he believed women should face these problems. The themes philosophical tinge of his writings blended with a distinctive style which would earn for him an enviable place in the Telugu literary world.

Sir, No disrespect to Sauris gaaru , but is it possible that she was delusional ? Please do not say that who is not as I myself often question the limitations of my own mind. Most intellects do exhibit such traits as Sauris , but how logical was it for her to say Maharshi gave her guidance in her dreams.

very recent she also wrote a book like ramayana visha vruksham and also interview ,may be that is useful to u to find some information

this is nonsense because according to creation when pralaya comes at the end of manvantara. so souries in this story she did not darshan eswara, one more thing if she is a i mean souries was a saint her name elevated as anandmai ma . so she is a normal women ,but she has done meditation.
