All laws must agree with an Article section and clause of the US Constitution! Just how does the US Code agree with our Constitution!

what about sources of law for tribal courts. which is unfair court systems that have not yet been abolished. all the stuff you mentioned is useless if you are victim of a crime at one of the many casino's with tribal jurisdiction. quasi lawless zones of usa, it's kind of unconstitutional.
