Here you go sweet friends, as promised, a slightly longer version of an ASMR style watercolors painting video. Not going to lie, it’s hard to film, keep track of sound and paint at the same time. To keep myself mellow, I made some tea hahahahah. Do you drink tea? What kind is your favourite?

You know, I picked up watercolor painting and had been trying to learn it all alone. Started watching videos, reading books, etc. one thing no one ever tells you about your paints is that you need to spritz them and let that sit for a good 30 seconds to soak up that water. I’d used my paint brush wet to pull up the paint and got so frustrated all the time with why it was always such a hassle... thanks for showing that, it makes a good deal of difference for people.

So incredibly humble to hear this! Made all the late night editing totally worth it. An extra hug for you too sweet friend. A deep breath can go very far if you ever feel anxious, at least I found this to be true for me! :)

I listened/watched to it multiple times. As always it's great when you pull back the camera to reveal the outcome.

I'm impressed with how many different sounds you got into this video. Did you edit the audio (to reduce background noise etc.)? I just made my first ASMR coloring video and removed the background noise with Audacity and the audio I was left with sounds kind of harsh or sharp.

Hello! Your artwork is absolutely mesmerizing and soothing! I have never seen anyone spray their paints with a spray bottle before, but I assume that that method is a lot better than drowning the paint from a waterlogged brush. I hope to learn more from watching your videos in the future. Even the way that the paint bleed into each other is so pretty! I am also interested in learning about the paint palette that you use. Well that and carpal tunnel syndrome. Just had to do the wrist shots today so I can’t paint for a few days. I had to watch someone else paint. I think I have an art addiction at this point lol

Soooo true. The way your choice of music or, in this case perfect clarity of sounds all fits together with what you are painting makes for helluva awesome mix. Btw, genmaicha for the win! (saddest look there is, besides empty watercolor pan, is the empty tea jar :D)

Sometimes people expect me to paint something like this when in reality I'm only good at painting outlined characters ._.

Silly question here but its wise to always use primary colors? Yes? Do you know the colors that youll be using?

Also what was that stamp you used?

in the beginning, when you first started picking brushes, what kind of brush is the blue stained? it looked round, like a caligraphy brush. also when you started painting, which type of brush was that? I'm curious about the first one, but I liked the strokes you made with the second one, thanks!

Hi Diana. Hmm...the brush with the blue is a round tip (size 11, I believe), the big one at the beginning is a filbert tip (size 20, sorry don't have my brushes with me at the moment) Hope that helps :P If not ask me again

Sorry I didnt watch this for the ASMR aspect of it , i just happen to love everything about watercolor and I'm not especially fond of videos with obnoxious music in the background anyways.. This is great.

I like sweet tea as well as Chai Tea Latte (hot) with half and half, topped with the squeeze whipped cream. Not an everyday thing THOUGH I Wish! This video was captivating even though I missed the usual soothing music. Please tell me what brand water colors those are AND the spraying of the pallet was a first.... And brilliant!!!! Can you share a little about you; I'm curious. What do you do when you're not painting? Do you have family near you? When did you discover expression with art? If you choose to stay private, I won't unsubscribe.. ☺️.

Good vid but one if those glass clinks were at an unpleasant frequency. Somewhere in 5:15-5:30 range

Loved this but could not stand the constant refocusing of the camera. Not sure why it didn’t stay in focus? Maybe it was on autofocus. Just something to take note of I guess for next time. Great video otherwise!

The continue out of focus was really annoying
