Thank you!! Not good. Still struggling with my neck itching so much and my face and stuck awake as my outer thighs are always freezing cold.

@JamesBellx wrap them up with ace elastic bandage or get copper fit wrap for thigh. When sleeping place plenty of blankets and pillows around thighs/body. 😆 Eating more spinach will not cause more hair to grow on thighs. Haha 😁
