Thanks for reviewing this device 👍👍👍 . I believe that you are the first to review this device. Can't wait to see how it compares with others in the 200 bucks price range such as the soundcore rave +, the wking t11, the motion boom plus. And of course the tribit blast💣🤯. I just can't understand why soundcore put so much into the release of the motion boom plus if they had this device for sell. 😵‍💫🥴🙄

I paired a Bose SL3 to the Souncore Rave Party 2 on my Samsung S9 after downloading the soundcore app and updating the soundcore software today August 8, 2023. Whole bunch of new sounds came out. The Bose brings out the voices and the souncore improves instruments. Wow room filling sound.

I just bought a old 2hand Rave mini 80w , it have still good music & long battery 👍👍👍

Good video as always! Personally I don't like that aggressive branding I like a cleaner looking small one in the corner. Apart from that exited to see how this can stack up to other speakers!

I've owned a lot of bt speakers including the boom plus and tribit stormbox blast.. blast smokes the boom plus but the rave party 2 smokes the blast. It responds really well in soundcore app to custom eq unlike the rave+ did . But this is easily the best speaker under 200 imo

Does it have deeper bass than the Blast? And what about bass overall, middle and upper bass - which one has more?

@EI3I3 I'd say yes it hits just as low and prollyhas better mids and highs. Don't have a graph so just Goin off my experience with lotofbt speakers but the blast blew my mind when I first got it. It's what id hoped the boom plus would be but as soon as I got the blast I returned the boom plus. This rave party 2 is just an absolute beast of a speaker and wish more reviews were out there on it but def hits every note and then some that the blast can do

@EI3I3 Ima have to check that out.. gotta be the party cast pairing and those speakers are only like 125 right now but again what was deal breaker with that speaker is at 80 percent or more volume the distortion and sound dropped off as to where the tribit or the rave party 2 or every single wking speaker just gets better as ya crank em.. lose lil bass maybe but the mids and highs stay there but that boom plus just turned into a muddy mess no matter how id eq in their app

I’m familiar with smaller Soundcore speakers (Flare mini, Soundcore 3) and I like the sound. How loud can the one you’ve showed in the video get? In dB SPL.

Mine has a static/white noise sound at low volumes is this the same for you or did I get a faulty speaker?

I recommend they concentrate on the at-bat and not about what music they want to blast as they strut to the plate. 😂

I personally like the Rave Party 2 very much, but I think the Encore is just better sounding and more impressive bass. The Encore is usually more expensive, but you get the wireless mics also.

I finally got it for 179 at Walmart. How do i get the lights to stay off? Every time i turn it on the lights come on again.

@JaysStraightUpReviews Firstly, I'm surprised there are versions of a version. Who knew Rave Party 2 came in different versions? Wouldn't the later one be a Rave Party 3? And I'm also surprised WalMart would still be carrying a version older than what you reviewed over 7 months ago, which is why I assumed yours might be the older versuon.. But. I think it's still possible to use an external mic. Just have to do it through the USB port.

@@kurtreber9813 by first version I mean the first one that came out a few years ago, the Rave Partycast. The Rave Party 2 was the second generation model that came out last year. @@kurtreber9813 that's really strange. Maybe somebody bought it, took the Party 2 out and put the old Partycast back in the box and returned it. I don't see how Anker Soundcore could have put the old model in the new model's box.

The 80 watt has lower bass and longer battery life ..the newer model is slightly louder ...true stereo ..has much weeker charging brick ...so at full volume it will louse batterylife while charging ..and lasts 9 hrs
