Blitzø's breakdown Was so great. While trying to run away from his proplems again, he thinks about his past releatsionships, past mistakes and all the struggle he made through the series. And ultimatly See his errors. This is so well written

I absolutely love the size difference. Blitz is so tiny compared to Stolas and it’s so cute.

my favorite part is when blitz is literally wheezing out of breath. His faces are hilarious

The nightmare/truth bomb flash sequences and this barn scene heart-to-heart makes my heart ache and melt respectively. I applaud the impression of Brandon Rogers for Blitzø. Hard voice to imitate well done. This entire thing was incredibly well made and well written, I’ve been watching it over and over constantly. Amazing job on this!

That was beautiful! How sound can make this even more impactful than it already was.. The projects you do with other creators are always interesting! I hadn't heard Doofkin before, but damn that Blitz was great, among others of course. The voice mashup increasing up to the climax was exactly how I pictured it watching the animatic.

5:49 that always makes me cry.. I watched this short at least 20 times now and it still gets to me every. single. time. I want this so much to become canon in the show... Edit after 8 months after writing the original comment: after the horrible ending of the full moon episode this fanmade dub has been my crack 😢 that one is so... So much worse 😭 I still come here at least once daily and it still gets me emotional every single time, we need this to become a fully animated and colored fan dub 😢

@@cyberwolf3974 OMG THATS SO PERFECT! I was just thinking about the lyrics and it’s about two people who want a relationship. While they’re both trying to make this work, it’s like the world is a against them and there’s too many obstacles in the way. And one of the characters is well born and rich while the other is of a lower class. Also “rewrite the stars” relates to all the astronomy and prophecy things that Stolas is doing. Imagine him wishing he could change the futures he sees in the stars! And also the song takes place in a CIRCUS… enough said 😌 If no one else has done it yet, I’m going to make an amv or animatic :D

But that's the thing with blitz, hes self destructive. and it's mostly about his self esteem, he feels like he doesn't deserve it.

Well maybe German-Austria must be restored to the great German Motherland. And not indeed on any grounds of economic calculation whatsoever. No, no. Even if the union were a matter of economic indifference, and even if it were to be disadvantageous from the economic standpoint, still it ought to take place. People of the same blood should be in the same REICH. The German people will have no right to engage in a colonial policy until they shall have brought all their children together in the one State. When the territory of the REICH embraces all the Germans and finds itself unable to assure them a livelihood, only then can the moral right arise, from the need of the people to acquire foreign territory. The plough is then the sword; and the tears of war will produce the daily bread for the generations to come.

I’m sad I missed the premier but this was truly incredible. I actually watched a few hours ago and loved it without sound but with sound it completes it,thank you for giving us such an amazing video

Wow. I have no words. That was... freakishly emotional. Both the animation and the dub are PERFECT and so on point. The little details in frames and sound design. This is just... wow.

This was a beautiful piece. You can actually feel Stolas' heart breaking, Blitzo's conflict with his feelings, and just the atmosphere of the whole video. You feel like you want to hug both of them and tell them what they need to hear. Well done to all of you.

I love how you make blitz stutter when he tries to say he loves him back just perfection 🤧

I totally relate to blitzo, feeling so pressured that anybody gets closer to you gets hurt and in the end you're the one who gets called selfish for letting everybody go. They think we'll move on so quickly when we literally think about it every time we got the chance to, feeling like not enough for anyone no matter what you do is a literal pain and self-insecure, I felt that all the time and I hope nobody feels like that because it'll destroy your whole mental health
