I think she s mixed the concepts of Soulmate and Twin Flame. As per my understanding, Twin Flames can't be platonic and only partners can be twin flames because of the strong sexual pull. Soul mates however can be friends, parent-child, siblings etc.

I don't agree twinflames cannot be gender specific its true but father -son or mother -daughter duo they can be your soulmates. I remember hearing about this soulmate and twinflame thing some years ago in different videos and the people in those videos said the exact opposite of whatever this lady said. Soulmates are not rare that's why the term soul family is used but we never use the twinflame family because it's very rare. Radha Krishna and Shiv Parvati both are twinflame not soulmate. In the twinflame journey if one has a kaalsarp in their chat then the person is not able to meet. Bhagwan Krishna also had kaal sarp dosh due to which they separated and were not able to marry each other.
