As of now, not that I know about. Maybe you can tweek it on singelplayer?

On a private server/settings you can set it up to 6

Also private servers allow you to apply "perfect remodel" which let's you update info of your tribesman so no more re lvling your freshly remodeled tribesman over and over and over.
