I just got broken up with 2 days ago. Usually music is my escape but nothing I usually listen too was helping me or calming me down. Man!! I found this mix a few months ago! I just can't stop having it on repeat! The timing of this mix coming into my life is kind of ridiculous. Every track speaks to my life in some way! But at the same time this mix makes me know I am where I am supposed to be and to just let go! Enjoy your human experience!!!

@@UFourierUK I just wanted to tell you that your mixes, especially this one, has a calming, somewhat therapeutic effect on me. It was the 2nd anniversary of my mum's passing last month (I always get in a shit mood every year around this time) and recently I found out a good mate.of mine is battling cancer (his prognosis isn't good) so I have been having mood swings between sorrow, depression and anger lately, very little happiness. Listening to D&B mixes, (you, alpha rhythm and the man from Del Monte are my 3 favs, i love Carl Cox too) to help calm me and lift my spirits at those times when i feel like taking a swan dive off a 10 storey building. Thanks for all you do and keep it up because it's important to a lot of us, more than you know. Peace...
