​I was up after 1 week as I work for a private Org...n had only 1 month medical leave in a year... 2 surgeries for cancer ..who sits n makes blogs in hospital ..was tha a hospital or a hotel suite...paisewale...

Sol kadhi is the konkani drink, specially drink after some spicy nonveg dishes, the real n perfect recipe is , first most imp thing, while making solkadhi, that is konkam rus, call aagul also, it's only u can buy from local markets, specially from Desi bazar, then , grate coconut, n add some garlic, green chilli, and ginger, and grind it well, then, you have to drain with thoda thoda water, all that grind mixture, and in last add, konakm rus, means, aagul, n Salt,as per your taste, And, spread fresh green coriander on it, and mix it well, then surv, Tip, you should add kokam aagul, until, that drain liquid, becom pinkish , and also taste it, after adding konkam aagul, make it sour as per your taste, and drink it after, having chiken curry, or something nonveg.🙏🙏😊😊, please try it, like this, definitely u will like it ❣️😊❣️❣️❤️❤️❤️, lots of love from konkan , SINDHUDURG 💪💕
