but when you resonate with the heartache that is in inscripted within these lyrics, it hits a lot harder when youre alone and vibin. I noticed that it is a very good gateway into tapping into actually feeling and healing open wounds from past relationship trauma. If you deeply feel the lyrics and feel a wave of emotion come over you....let it all come out. youll cry but it is ok to cry and its a step forward to acceptance, we dont always get closure.

I am a middle school social studies teacher in America and just taught a class about African Cultures Geography. I am white and didn’t know much about Afrobeats before researching for the class, but I am officially hooked. I wish every bar/club in the states would play nothing but this music.
