Love seeing Caribbean food make an appearance! Callaloo, ox tail and jerk chicken are incredible and a staple in most houses, though it's like a Sunday lunch or dinner in some islands and everyday food in others. Good eats all around, thanks for the vid Mikey!

Jewels has such a heart warming smile! I lived in ATL for a while and soul food was always easy to come by. I relocated to the Midwest (Kansas City) it's mainly BBQ joints around these parts. I miss a good home style plate of soul food.

I live in the midwest with deep southern roots on my mom's side and I put sugar in my grits sometimes and I put salt in other times. Just depends on if I'm feeling something sweet for breakfast lol

I grew up in Wisconsin, but my parents are from Georgia. Definitely only ever had salt, butter and sometimes cheese in my grits. I did not hear of sugar grits until I was about 30 from my best friend from Chicago. I'm still threatening to make her children salted grits one day.

The banana pudding at magnolia's is AMAZING lol.

It's always having someone who's foodie to eat with!! I have my friend from Hawaii and when we see each other we order almost the whole menu!
