Mitsurugi's English and Japanese voice clips from Soul Calibur III.
The English VA is Ed Cunningham, also known as the voice of Mohs in Tales of the Abyss and Joachim Mizrahi in Xenosaga Episode III, amongst other roles.
The Japanese VA is Toshiyuki Morikawa, also known as the voice of Sephiroth in the Final Fantasy series, Dante in the Devil May Cry series and Ryu in some of the Street Fighter games, amongst other roles. He has been the voice of Mitsurugi since the original Soul Blade.
Soul Calibur III is owned by Bandai Namco Games Inc.

Toshiyuki Morikawa never voiced Mitsurugi in the console version of Soul Blade, that honor goes to Wataru Takagi. He did voice Mitsurugi in Soul Blade but that was the arcade version.
Toshiyuki Morikawa's role as Mitsurugi really reminds me of Kojuro from Basara series. Both are really rough in the way they speak, like they are angry or intimidating someone.

Mitsurugi in SC3 is one of the most handsome and one of the hottest men I've seen in video games

Her only line is probably "Amy". I think bonus characters don't get profiles like main characters do.
