The answer is simple: themes are NOT connencted to characters, BUT to the stages, and so do characters. In Arcade Mode the same stage cannot appear twice, so sometimes the characters are in different stage with THIS VERY STAGE music

Xianghua was the most difficult character to fight on a hard difficulty, her moves are so UNPREDICTABLE. Everytime I had to fight with her, I had one hell of a time beating her

@AsakuraMyahle Mitsurugi's theme and stage is Brave Sword, Brave Soul along with Taki (and by extension Heihachi on PS2).

This track is very good. Very cool. I like this music.

If no, search for it. It is NOT a woman "humming" or "vocalizing" by the way. It is the erhu or the "Chinese violin" instead of the regular violin in this version. I personally like that version MUCH better than this one.

@RandomChesseisBad just wanted to point out that the version with vocals sounds like vocals, but is actually chinese violin.

Soul Calibur 5 wasn't that bad, it just looks bad in comparison to Soul Calibur 2.

@dhay03 The version you're referring to must be the NSTC/PAL version. That utilises the woman vocalising. This particular one is the Japanese version, which used violins (Or a simular string instrument) instead.

Thats right. As a Mitsurugi player, i have to say, this theme is WAY more fitting for Mitsurugis character and story than for Xianghuas.

I think the original erhu is better than this electric violin. this is the OST isn't it?
