I really like Cervantes' line when he guards. He's seen this before, hell- he's been this before! And he knows exactly how to use his experience to win.

the fact that everyones fate and destiney collides and interwines with oneanother was just so amazing. the story modes now are for just 1 character and thats all. no broad range of discovery

@@Rakan727 Lol.. me too, but I usually stick with one character which it is the character I created and it’s would take forever to level up every character and some of them they don’t join you in some missions

You mean he called Abyss "at the mercy of his own power"? But Cervantes isn't at the mercy of Soul Edge, the Soul Edge is at his mercy. While Zasalamel is at the mercy of Soul Embrace to become Abyss.

@@UltramanMebiusBrave No, Cervantes was completely consumed by the sword. It got to the point where he became completely obsessed with it and NEEDED it to even exist. He was literally at its mercy, hence he's a hypocrite for calling Zasalamel out like that

Actually, it's like a symbiotic relationship. At first, Soul edge needed someone (a host) to collect soul. So he chose Cervantes as a host. In this case, soul edge is at mercy of Cervantes. Or better to say, at first Cervantes was doing a favor for soul edge. But, later Cervantes died (killed by Sophitia and Taki) and later on, he was then resurrected by Soul Edge. In this second case, Cervantes is at mercy of Soul Edge. So, both did each other a favour and managed to exist.

​@@meekhailbrahma4650 this is the truth of it. In the beginning they worked together. After he died and was resurrected he was dependent on Soul Edge to even exist so it makes sense that he would want to find it and empower it.
