Hello Celine, Thank you! There are different types of architects. The major ones and their liabilities are... Design Architect - Liability is upto the design only. If it was wrongly constructed by the Contractor... the Design Architect may not be liable with the mistake. Architect / Contractor - if his job is only for the Construction... he is liable for the construction. If his job was both on the design and the construction (design and build), he would be liable for 2. Contractor Only (Architect) - He will follow what the design architect designed and his liabilities will be mainly on the construction part. Architect / Project Manager - Their liabilities are with the management of the project. They are in-charge of the programs, schedules and the entire construction management of the project. He is in the middle of all things. So his liabilies are within that scope.

For a start up family, this 2 units are fantastic. I have 3000 SQ.meters in Imok, Calauan, Laguna. Also another 2.2 hectares adjacent to it. Also 41 hectares of a mountain (above 20 degrees) so DAR won't touch. Diamond in the rough property

I love the idea and the design, but i love more about the price range. Very affordable to average people of the society. I hope you can have one in my place - san jose, antique where no socialized housing is being set up or developed.
