Transparent Communication is must.
We are heading towards experiential learning.
Building trust is the foremost quality that a leader needs to develop.
Having a mentor is another necessary requirement. Everyone needs inspiration, and that's where with the help of a mentor we grow in the right direction.
Inclusion of everyone is another key aspect, where everyone must be respected. DIE is the need of the hour.
When the color of blood is one, All are one.
Mindset plays an important role in shaping one's future, whether he becomes a leader or remains a manager.
When trees are laden with fruits, they bent down.
So must be we down to earth as a leader,
Mindset and responsibility are the foremost pillars of leadership.
A leader is a common man's person, one who brings out the best in others, one who helps other become a leader.
Mentoring is an important aspect of leadership - every person requires inspiration, having a mentor is what speeds up your game.
Right thoughts, right words and right actions in the right context at the right time is what makes a leader shine.
Discipline is another important habit that leaders follow.
A leader thinks of dying empty and pass on his acquired knowledge to future generations as Todd Henry rightly said.
Another important quality of a great leader is empathy.
Reverse mentoring is the buzz word in current leadership space where a senior leader learns from his subbordinates and people down the line and even future generations.
Passion and perseverance is what makes a leader globally recognized.
3As - Attitude and Apptitude defines a leader's Altitude.
4 people who inspire Dr. Rajput in his journey are his mother, his spouse, 1st founder of Cadila - Mr. Modi, and APJ Abdul Kalam Sir.
Other global leaders those are his role models are Satya Nadella, PM Modi, Sunder Pichai, Narayan Murthi, Sir Phillip Kotler, Steve Jobs, and many more such leaders.

Self reflection - listen and observe what needs to be improved

Seek the feedback - feedback is the breakfast for a leader
Lead by example - Admit your mistake, admit that you are too learning. Earlier I was doing this this way, now I do it this way.

Be a life-long learner. Adopt and reskill, update and upgrade, learn, unlearn and relearn as per demands of the time. If you don't, you'll become obsolete with time.
Many fear with advent of AI they will lose jobs, the fact is those who will upgrade themselves with the AI will replace those who will not adopt.
Tackling the minds is the most important quality of an effective leader.
