You should a separate video for Lion King characters. Simba would be the Gryffindor, Nala the Hufflepuff, Mufasa the Gryffindor, Scar the Slytherin, Hyena Trio would be Slytherins as well. Sarabai, either Hufflepuff/Gryffindor, Timon, Slytherin/Hufflepuff, Pumbaa, Hufflepuff. Or maybe a Pixar sorting.

I think that Tiana would aactually be a Hufflepuff, because of her hardworking and loyal nature.

People seem to forget, due to so many slytherins be bad people, that Slytherin is based around ambition, and it's because of this need to achieve more than life can offer that so many slytherins turn bad, not to mention the negative stereotype basically forced upon them

Indeed. One the of the most admiral things Rowling did was demonstrate how even the house everybody loves to hate is not inherently bad, just its members have more of a tendency to take advantage of others. Like my favorite Slytherin, Slughorn.

Belle and Hermione have very similar personalities, which then makes sense why Emma Watson played them both.

@@TheThings I would place her in either Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. But due to her loyalty to her family and loved ones she’s definitely a Hufflepuff.

Thanks for not automatically sorting Belle into Ravenclaw. She's definitely a low-key Gryffindor, and she doesn't hesitate to sacrifice herself for the people she loves. Also, Hermione and McGonagall were also bright witches who were sorted into Gryffindor, as opposed to Ravenclaw.

If Pinocchio went to Hogwarts, he would definitely be a low-key Neville Longbottom for me, due to how naive and insecure they were at first, but in the end Pinocchio's bravery would most certainly end him up in Gryffindor.

I agree. Pinocchio is definitely like Neville more than any other character. Gryffindor seems like a better choice because at the end of the movie, he ends up selflessly putting himself in harm's way for Geppetto , Figaro and Cleo. He is very nervous at the beginning, but all he wants at the end of the day is protect his father at all costs.

If I’m being honest I think that Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon would be in hufflepuff considering that she was willing to sacrifice herself to save the people of Kumandra. If that doesn’t show that she’s a hufflepuff I don’t know what will. I also think that Pocahontas would be pretty hard to place in one house because she shows the traits of a gryffindor while also showing the traits of a hufflepuff and ravenclaw. The reason why is because she wasn’t afraid to give up her life for what she wanted she would probably make a great ravenclaw because she knows everything about nature and the world around her.

Surprised this channel would clash 2 of the highly debated franchises together. Thought they might have dropped one.

The argument that Hermione being Gryffindor is why Belle should also be Gryffindor just illuminates a problem with the whole sorting hat. If it was accurate, neither scaredy cat Ron nor Hermione would be in Gryffindor, but they basically had to be to make the story work without all of them being identical characters.

Being brave is not about never being scared. It's about not letting your fears control your life, but facing them. And we all have different fears. Someone doing something that the majority are afraid of is often considered "brave" like climbing a high tree if you're not scared of heights (by someone who is scared of heights). The opposite judgement can be seen for people hesitating doing something that is considered mundane everyday activities, but can be fragile, or emotional personal spots, like phobias, or trauma-reminding for some people. For these people, given situation can be a big fear, and just shoving up, and persisting may require a lot of bravery. Bravery comes in all forms, not just the physical life-and-death-fighting moments.

I really think tiana would be in hufflepuff.

Yeah I disagree with some of these... And you put way too many in Gryffindor! Elsa is totally a Ravenclaw. She is way too withdrawn and awkward to possibly be in any other house. Anna is definitely a Gryffindor so you got that one right. Ariel I could see as a Gryffindor, but I feel like she's more Slytherin really. She is very brave but also extremely ambitious. She wants to be part of the human world so badly that she is willing to go to any means to get there. Which includes selling her voice. Belle is the epitome of Ravenclaw! How you could think otherwise completely baffles me! Yes she is brave and loyal, but it is very clear that she highly values intelligence and loves her books. Yes she could do well in Gryffindor, but Ravenclaw is a better fit in my opinion. Jasmine very much is a Slytherin! So good job there. Merida is definitely Gryffindor! I mean the name of her movie is "Brave!" Rapunzel is absolutely a Ravenclaw! She's smart and creative while also being quirky and shy. Pluss she spends the entire movie barefoot! Mulan is definitely a tough one. I could see her in any house really. I think her sorting would cause a hat stall. (More than 5 minutes to decide) Though I think she probably would ultimatley end up in Gryffindor. Tiana is totally Slytherin! She is single mindedly focused on her goal of getting that restaurant! Moana could be a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff really.

Tiana is brave and loyal like a Gryffindor, hardworking and loving like a Hufflepuff, smart like a Ravenclaw, and very very single mindedly focused on her goal of owning a restaurant to the point where she doesn't even go out with friends, which is an extremely Slytherin personality trait. Soooo I'm still thinking she belongs in Slytherin.

There are other princesses that is selfish,cunning and did most of their brave stunts out of pure selfishness. I think Gryffindor/Slytherin for Raya because she doesn't really think of good solutions, she just seems like she jumps at the chance to fight everything to protect her land. She's prideful seems like she values bravery or ambition at the start. I defo think Snow White and Cinderella are Hufflepuffs because they value kindness, loyalty, friendliness, hard work, acceptance. They are very hardworking at cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, etc., since that's all women really did at the time. They both have this incredible empathy, compassion and devotion towards humans and animals alike, never acting out of line (not even to their Step families).

Honestly, I think you sorted them all very well. Especially Elsa and Belle, because they always get sorted a bit too lightly. Like, people think Belle is a Ravenclaw just because she's smart, a booklover and a little eccentric to some people in the movie, and people think Elsa is a Slytherin because she's kinda self-serving and very misunderstood by all, especially by Anna. LOL But yeah, I'm actually happy that you went deeper and sorted Elsa in Hufflepuff and Belle in Gryffindor. It really feels like you went to the core of their beings! :)

Jasmine would not have been a Slytherin , Because she was brave enough to choose love instead of what was expected of her and she stood up for those that have been treated unjustly.
