Hi @MaxTechOfficial ! Really great review! I am thinking of purchasing them, but since I can't test them anywhere in Bucharest, I'd like your feedback on how's the experience when using them for working on 3 monitors from bed, on a pillow (lying down)? Does moving your head while lying down work the same as sitting on a chair/standing up? How annoying is the contact of the temples rubbing against the pillow, if it is annoying? How about the cable? Thanks in advance!
I have the Xreal Air 2 glasses. They are so good that I actually ordered the Pro version. It arrives in a day or two. When I have the pro version I will return the first set. These glasses are absolutely nothing short of amazing. I haven’t loaded Nebula onto my PC yet (it’s a beta version) and look forward to using it. I have connected the glasses to my iPad and for the first time yesterday to my iPhone. Watching a KZread video on my phone was surprisingly good! The picture was just as clear and crisp as when I pull KZread from my PC or my iPad. I also purchased a companion device called the Xreal Beam. The Beam allows me to increase the screen size from 130 inches to 330 inches! Better yet, it also allows me to pull the virtual screen closer to me, making the screen so large that it must be more like 500 inches. I play a game called Digital Combat Simulator (DCS), in which I fly fighter jets in a hyper realistic environment (with towns, mountains, valleys, ocean environments etc). Playing that game on these glasses is just a tremendous experience. I feel so immersed in the action…just incredible! I highly recommend them.

What about the blurry edges all the negative reviewers rave about?
NOT "4K total resolution" ... You are giving misleading information. Its 1080p (FHD) for each eye, overlayed it is equivilant to a 1080p display infront of you. Not a pixel more. You are welcome !

I have been using the Xreal Glasses for a year now being one of the first adopters in the U.K. 🇬🇧 Let me set the scene for my day-to-day, I do my collage work in a coffee shop, and I find my iPad takes up all of the table w/keyboard and mouse. After buying the glasses I leave my iPad in my bag and use a Keyboard & Mouse combo on the table, giving me plenty space for physical paper, coffee and a little treat. After I turn on my xBox controller and play a game as I walk out the door, do I look like a dork? yes, but who cares when you have Genshin Impact on max settings 60fps hovering in front of you while walking down the street.

I didn’t want to specify if it was pro or not in the main comment so that it it didn’t sound like it was only for pro or a premium product, but yes it is the large M2 Pro. I was wondering how it got so smooth recently.
does it look crispy watching AppleTV shows with the blackout cover on? Can the sound be routed to AirPods instead while in use? I would love to check it out.
Beware that quite a lot of the promised features don’t work yet. The Nebula app is a beta that has only a subset of the features. I bought one of these and don’t find it very useful. It does actually allow you three screens on a Mac, but that’s about it. On phones, it doesn’t do much at all. The last Nebula app didn’t support anything other than mirroring the phone. If you wear glasses, the company won’t help you at all in filling the prescription for the included lens holder. The XReal (NReal when I bought it) is very much a work in progress. I’d wait a year or so to see how it pans out.

Amazing video bro.. I want to try this now..
I can see these AR and VR glasses being very useful for music production. I’m wondering if I should get an ultra wide monitor to see a lot of my DAW workflow or just use something like these with my own headphones. I can see the future now of AR/VR headsets with motion cap gloves or something that music producers & DJs will use on stage at concerts and events

Is it blury if we use it for productivity?
Waiting on my Beam. Really impressed with the crispness of the 1080P screen. Hope they add a Plex and/or Jellyfin app
But which macs does it work, is the performance same aka 3 screens for an m1 MBA as well?
These are the best looking AR glasses too! A lot look a bit odd with how high up they have to sit, but these almost look like normal sunglasses.

Bring on the Windows experience!! I have FL Studio for music production and just bought the you Light version and a Beam because of its slightly higher resolution and ability to replace 5 giant touch screens as if in mid air!! Music production results in having many open VST effects and digital instrument screens, and being able to view them without having to move others out of the way, is going to be a real nice faster more productive workflow. Also really into driving games and want to be able to turn my head to look out side windows or any angle of viewing, such as if to want to look at the car's dashboard by looking down, then over to the passenger side door mirror or over my shoulder before changing lanes. Vital. Cheers to you for all you do for those around you too.
Are the two apps you recommended to download FREE or are they apps you need to pay for?
These look very cool. How’s the resolution? Is it similar to looking at a 4K display? New haircut looks great, by the way.
you sure these are 4k? other reviews say its 1080p
I liked it and definitely would like to give it a try but.. this is some thing different than the vision pro, maybe a small version of it by means of features

It works seamlessly. When you want to push a button you will have to do that with the AR mode or under your glasses with the black cover on. So the space comes in handy. If you have a keyboard and do touch typing you won’t have much of an issue
I just got mine yesterday. I love them. Only thing is that I find them a bit too stiff. Small head movements will move the screen with it, giving it a small blur when watching a movie, because the movie has small movements all the time.
@muselover9730

You can pair it with XReal Beam to use body anchor mode, so when your head moves, the screen doesn’t move with you, but the downside is the screen would be chopped off when your head moves, you need to go back to original position to view the full screen

Wow, sponsoring proves that Money is everything in this world, it makes you say what you don’t think.
Interesting - the Apple Vision devices are capable of full VR, but the way that Apple is presenting/marketing the device opens them up to comparisons with much more limited devices like this. Fear of being compared to "metaverse" devices may backfire on Apple by not embracing immersive VR/room scale.
anyone knows this device to say how does it work on windows? work to play VR games?
Can you do the same three monitor setup on Windows
While this is probably a pretty neat product, comparing it to the Vision Pro is odd. This is nothing but a facial monitor. It just allows your Mac or Windows PC screen to float in the air in front of you. Without a computing device attached, it's useless. The Vision Pro is a full computer with Vision OS and gesture interface with the ability to run it's own apps--a full computer. Yes, it can be an external monitor for your Mac, but that is really a secondary feature. Comparing the two makes no sense. However this does look very nice for what it is. One question: do you wear glasses? How does it work for those of us (lots of us) that do wear glasses? You showed some kind of attachment but does that mean I also need to pay for some kind of special prescription lenses to fit the attachment? Thanks for the vid.
grey to grey response time?
Now you’re going to be at the coffee shop looking like Stevie Wonder!😂😂😂
I don’t know what the refresh rate is, but it’s looks terrible with the displays deforming as you move left and right. It’s a lot cheaper, and there’s an obvious reason for that.

This is not competition for Apple! Which products do you remember Apple introducing and then dropping the price because of another maker’s products? I’ll wait … This provides a big display with far less resolution and image quality and offers a much more limited set of apps and tools in a totally different interaction model. I’m not knocking the Xreal, just that the kind of experiences that they are offering are very different from Apple’s idea. There is definitely room for both products.
Cool, I didn't realize a company had gotten 4k and monitor pinning.

So you really dreamed of watching multiple screens 😅
Well, I can't see too much Vision relation. This is a cheap low resolution device which can be useful for watching movies but I doubt it can be used to read text, develop software o real work. I assume the FOV, distortion, latency and other specs wouldn't be top line either (which is logical for that price). That said, I'd like to test it. I am eager to be able to use virtual displays for developing without the discomfort of a heavy headset.
@MichaelHart-kn3kj
11 ай бұрын
I had a pair that I bought primarily to see if they'd be usable for coding. The text was surprisingly very readable in spite of the 1080p per-eye resolution, but I ended up returning them. The problem was that it wasn't crisp 100% of the time. There was a very brief jitter about once a second where the screen would shift a couple pixels to the side and then immediately back again, causing the crisp text to blur momentarily. XREAL has acknowledged the jitter but doesn't have a fix yet. If it hadn't been for that I think they would've kept them. I also would have liked more control over the virtual monitor configuration. On Mac you can choose only 1 or 3 screens. On the beta for Windows, you can choose 1, 2, 3 or an ultrawide screen, and for the latter you can adjust how wide you want it to be. The PC version also has extra settings to fine-tune the display. Not everyone experiences the jitter issue, so I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying them out with their own machine to see how it goes, but as for me I'll give it six months or a year and then I might try again if there isn't a better alternative.
I mean, before you make conclude try it first :D
your tethered to the computer. there are not controls without a computer. they are cool if your trying to get rid of extra monitors on your desk. or to have extra monitors when using your laptop. the price is attractive for what it is. but it's not the same thing as vision pro.
Pretty cool, but you can’t compare it to apples vision pro. They are two completely different products.
