They're called Swings and Alternates. In the Australian and UK productions of SIX , alternates and swings have different costumes. The alternates and swings cover for the principal roles when someone is unable to perform.

If you're asking how many casts are active, there's the West End UK Tour Breakaway (Cruise cast) Bliss (Cruise cast) Australia Cast Broadway Aragon Tour (US Tour Cast) Boleyn Tour (US Tour Cast) And I think they might be creating a Korean Cast 🇰🇷
