Her argument or points will not stand, as he will be given joint custody to the child as her parent. Accidents can happen even at home when both parents are present, there is no prove of negligence by D & C, they were at an event and could have left the child with a nanny or in child care. Also, people work, so that's not an excuse to deny him access to the child. All the points raise will not negate his rights to have access or joint custody of his child. This would be a simple case. Most of her points don't and wouldn't hold up in applying for custody abroad.

I just watched a blog now and the blogger is a Nigerian Lawyer, trained in Nigeria but living abroad , she said Davido filed in the court in April, it was when it was leaked on social media that we are just hearing about it.She said she has seen and read everything , filed and counter file. I think you should be confirming accuracy of your information source before concluding on some things. The one person using sentiment here is you adamslink. Court don't work like we think because they're not sentimental about your feelings. The court operates based on the law and not your feelings. In as much as their's law to be argued about, the judge has the final say with his gag. Now have you thought about the state of mind of the judge. His/her opinion about babies outside of wedlock. Have you thought about the judge religious background which is always advised not to play but subconsciously it does. Now the counter sue didn't align any of the six points with davido's request which is just one point a shared custody because it looks like joint custody is too big of a grammar for you guys. In her counter sue she gave all her reasons but never in any form gave in to the request of the joint/shared custody. She gave every bad reasons why that wasn't possible which is understandable so but his money isn't a bad idea. The court would now look into it critically because what the court is after is not davido's feelings nor Sophia's but Imade. Unless Imade is asked and she says the same thing her mom says then the court will decide based on Imade's testimony which I don't think her parents would want to subject her to that pain
