When I tried the curler on my curly hair, my hair was DAMP. I didn’t show in the video that I kept on spraying water on my hair to prevent it from drying completely. Also, at the event were all the Dyson hairstylists demonstrating the curler on DRY STRAIGHT hair! I don’t know why but hey 🤷🏽♀️Just so you know!

Amber Ansah could you try in a video where you have flat ironed your hair and then try with the curler? Because I know natural hair is not supposed to be washed too much max 1-2 times a week ( actually that goes for all hairtypes but spec for natural) and somedays you might not want that pin straight hair 😊 just curious to see how it would look on completley flat ironed hair , if it would look any different from caucasian hair 😊

I liked your results because your hair looked well-hydrated and bouncy. I think it's worth it for natural hair because it will prevent damage during long term use. Voting up the suggestion to use the combination of Dyson blow dry + flat iron + Dyson curl, it sounds like the least damaging option for smoother curl.

The Airwrap works differently with different hair types just like every other hair tool. I use this daily and I have the same hair type as you but my hair is thicker and longer. The curls give me body my hair is to long for it to stay as spiral curls. And I love the brushes I never have to use my flat iron or straighten comb and I get way less shedding when I use the Airwrap . This is an advanced piece of technology its well worth the price .
They need to sell the brush attachment one alone for a reduced price. Those of us with curly hair don’t need those other attachments.

Wow you have some beautiful thick hair. I would love to see your hair care secrets. Dyson is cool but it's too expensive for me to indulge in it.
You'll get an even sleeker finish with the round brush attachment. You need the tension to pull your natural curl straight which the round brush will create
I'm really in love with this rewiew, not always just the simple straight hair.
There are smaller sets available too. You can get like just the smoothing kit.
I like how you always get products and put in your type of ( beautiful ) hair
Always use a heat protectant because any heat can damage your hair. I love your channel and if you come to the USA I really want to style your hair, lol I am in Cosmetology school and I love your hair!

Aside from the results of the product (which I just got and am demo-ing myself now), how your hair looks (before you began to try the curler accessories) is so beautiful! This is coming from someone with stick straight hair that wouldn’t hold a curl if you paid it. I’m sure it’s a a lot of work to maintain your hair and as they say, “The grass is always greener on the other side“. But...all that gorgeous volume that looks soooo soft is amazing! I just wanted to tell you how beautiful you look naturally and I think women should speak up and support each other like that more often! Really demonstration an explaination. If i blow dryed my hair often i woulg only use the flat brush. The other attachments are not for me.
Thanks for the review! As a curly haired girl it is the straightening brushes I am interested in and most reviews aren't focussing on them. If I can straighten in one step that would be great!
your natural hair is so so beautiful!!
I love how quick it dried your beautiful hair. I was surprised at how shiny the curls were after heat drying/styling. I used a similar curler and mine were fine at first but then got fluffier and more shapeless within an hour as my natural curl type fought it's way back! Hmmm, not for us natural curly girlies I don't think!?
I really loved your video. I appreciated seeing someone with similar hair as mine demonstrate this product!
the review i’ve been waiting for!!!
I really loved watching you go through the drying process. Thanks for this video! 😊
Everyone keeps saying “for 550$ I better get blah blah blah” .... 🙄 as a licensed hair stylist we pay up to 300 plus for our hair dryers that WE manually have to put in most of the work plus the expense of boar bristle brushes , flat irons , curling irons etc... so if you break down the price it’s actually WORTH IT and saving YOU consumers money and putting us hairstylist out of jobs 😂 also, she didn’t properly prep her hair , just imagine if she did! Her hair would probably loOK BOMB after. I’m honestly surprised at this new technology😏

BBYgirl nextDIOR yikes, Someone must’ve not gotten everything they wanted for Christmas.... “prepping hair” doesn’t mean just add water. You also need to prep hair with hair products like frizz control & heat protection , products that add extra moisture to hair types like hers... it’s okay if you don’t know this , I’m just informing those people who have textures hair 😊

Wow, you have gorgeous hair! Some of the most beautiful I've seen!
Girl your hair is freaking beautiful!! 😘
I have thick and wavy hair, when I blow dry my hair with an ordinary blowdryer my hair looks like a mop BUT this straightening attachment SAVED my life girl! Just like you said! It tamed my hair and my hair drys in less than 5 mins and yes the curling thing is not my thing aswell I don’t have that patience to take my hair in little pieces to curl it no no no way! But yeah Im really happy with the product! I was soo happy that I got the straightener and now I also bought the air dryer aswell just for the natural curling nozzle . I wish they sold a natural curling nozzle with the air wrap aswell!
The blow dryer curler looked good on your hair even with it not being blown out. It did curl it and it has a very nice natural texture.
Thanks for the review! Just wondering if you used the small barrel or the large one? Don’t know if it will make a difference or not but the large barrel is for waves or very loose curls and even on my fine wavy hair the curls dropped with the large barrel but I had lasting curls with the small barrel.
Hi, I'm not quite sure how I come to your chanel, but I totally folling in love. Watch 5 or more videos in a row, and can't stop. I'm glad I found you:) Greetings from Poland ♡
The one you used is the firm smoothing brush. The soft smoothing brush has the rubber ends and is more for straighter hair.
Thank you soo much for doing this. You are spot on with your TEA. With that said I’ll probably buy one now because of your review. Thanks again.
Thank goodness someone with OUR hair invested in this EXPENSIVE Dyson! Man....I want to see how this works FIRST to make sure it will work for me! Thank you so much! I wish the blower with the curler was sold as 1 set to save cost as I could care less about the brushes! Lol
Thanks for this. My hair is just like yours, I very rarely straighten it as it reverts like crazy. Do you have this issue and if you do, did your hair revert badly using this? Thank you.

When using the curler, just hold the ends of the hair closer to the barrel when attaching and you will get nicer smoother ends. My hair isn’t as thick as your but I love my Airwrap. I also have the supersonic hair dryer and if you like Airwrap for getting your hair smooth then you would love the dryer. It’s so powerful it drys my hair straight really quick.
Thank you for being real about this product.
“Omg this is really really goot” (6:49) dead🤣
The best review so far and I had fun watching 🤣
Your reaction to the airwrap curl was hilarious 😂
I got the dryer 9 months ago it works well and it’s not damaging at all I’m 4c/ 4b I have used it moderately I have not used the spiral attachments AT all but the 2 brushes yes and I have been happy with it..... I wish they would make a diffuser attachment I would be so happy
The thing I enjoy most about your videos is your reaction to almost everything. Hilarious 😂
Wonder if the tube would work on 3b hair? My hair goes from 2c to 4a depending on humidity and how I treat it. But pulling it back as it drys tends to end up as 3b.
These straightening brushes always make my hair so frizzy...and my hair is just terrible wavycurly...but it's thin and somehow I end up like a lion with frizz. I try a semi balm antifrizz and then because my hair is so thin and fine it ends up oily looking..😩
Your natural hair are gorgeouse !
You actually can’t really try out the barrel on dry hair. It still is more of a hair dryer than a curling wand, so it must be damp at least. Would be super interested in your results when using the barrel on damp hair :)

It looks like it's not for thick, coarse black hair....point blank. Love your channel 😊
Your so gorgeous, and I love watching your channel! Ur just awesome in general 💕
Can you perhaps flat iron a small section of your hair and then do the circle with the circle barrel please
I have thick frizzy unruly long hair with tiny hairs at the top of my scalp and some smaller ones near my ears. What do you use to dry and sleek your baby hairs with etc?? I gotta find something to tame them down and what kind of brush
OMG the amount of your hair is so much! God bless u :c

I think I need a smaller firm smoothing brush with finer array of bristles for my fringe though but overall I think Dyson Airwrap works good enough for less damage it can offer compare to competing cheap products that does the same thing.
I watched you a few times but I finally subscribed today 🥰
The main reason why I don’t do stretch hairstyles is mainly because of the steam and it causes my hair to go back to its natural state. But seeing that you don’t have the problem is very convincing

Dyson is definitely an investment type of product. I would use this not for the curling barrel but for the brushes to blow dry my hair because it would make it so much easier and lessen the damage
