We usually mean completion of the months we mention in the recipes. If your baby completed 6months and started 7, it's better to wait a month before starting with recipes 2 or 3. Thanks for watching and the comment.

Why don't you add salt to these recipes is that harmful for babies.... but my 15month old boy can't it without adding salt...

I tried peanut upma he liked very much with adding little salt to it if not he doesn't eat .....what should I do is there any alternate to salt...plz suggest me...

Hi Swathi, thanks for watching and your question. Salt is not needed for babies younger than 1Yr but you may start adding salt to older babies. Yours is already crossed 1year, so may add it. You can keep it moderate, thogh.

Nice recipes but nonstick pan me nai banana chahiya not healthy still ke pen use kro

So sugar is also not good for babies below a year❔
