the weird cracking and the beeping noises is made by a bad calibrated DSP (Digital Signal Processing). You heard it kick in, and its main goal is prevent damage on your unit by an EQ, Compressor and Limiter algorithym. All the consumer speakers preventing overloading with this totally same process. I really hope that this comment helped you understandig that noise :))

luca, I have a proposal for you, such as doing a test with the decibel meter and taking the speakers out into the open air, such as making a comparison with 320,710,1000 and ultimate.
